Vandals shall die!
Don't get me wrong, this isn't a e/n site, but I have to vent. I live downtown in the city and went out to the suburbs for a party last night. While I was out there some jackasses in a riced out Civic drove by, threw a beer bottle at my car and shattered the back window. I found the bottle intact, so I called the police who took over an hour to drive from the doughnut shop down the street. I described what I saw (make, model, color, appx. year but didn't see the plate) so they wrote up a worthless report and pretty much told me I was screwed. My tax dollars hard at work.

Nothing happens to my property downtown, but the minute I venture out to the burbs I'm out $800. I can't think of anything the world needs more than a bunch of drunk, spoiled burb bitches cruising around defacing other people's hard earned property. I hope they had fun, because if I ever see that car again retribution will surely be paid.

Feel free to share your thoughts and/or vandalism stories. I'd especially like to hear any story involving revenge on the perpetrators!

Actually, I wasn't surprised at all to see the cops do nothing. Over the years I've had a number of break-ins, both with my autos and in my homes. Almost every time there was a piece of solid evidence left behind. Only one time did the police do anything to follow up. Don't expect much unless there's blood on the sidewalk.

i know what you mean. i had someone break into my house last year.the police took some reports and told us that they would call if they knew anything, or they would also call if they didnt know anything and they didnt have anything.either way we would get a call.but you know them, they never called. evventualy the same person tried breaking in again(im pretty sure the same person)but this time i was prepared with a gun(a bb gun that is) he didnt know the difference so he gave up and i called the police on him.i couldnt beleive it they actually helped out by taking the guy to jail he never admitted to the earlier burglary so i couldnt blame him for stealing my stuff.he stold a vcr, movies,my computer speakers, and a gold necklace. he didnt take anything really good like my ps2 and other stuff so i really didnt care.

Thats terrible to hear and I simpathize with you, being also a victim of hit & run and vandals. Just remeber people who do those things are totally worthless and what goes around comes around. As far as the cops it doesn't surprise me at all, they seem to be the same eveywhere! Keep up the good work on the site!

Ricers...figures..
Riced out Civic, such a common car with The Fast & The Furious. It sickens me that such a well built economy car can become so popular for use in putting massive wheels, useless aluminum wings, and paint colors bright enough to see from Mars all over the place. Don't get me wrong, i love imports, but the Rice Civic is just too popular. I hope they find the guys who did that to your car Kerr.

The beer bottle had to have at least been half full because it was still a little less than half full when it came to rest sideways 30 ft. away from my car. I have no idea how a bottle can fly that far and still hold that much beer.

Man, after reading what happened to you I just had to sign up. I have the greatest revenge story! Where I live in Lawrence Ma. No offense to anyone, but I hate it there. These jerks made off with my Tape deck, 10 disk changer, every CD I own and Two of my Motocross helmets. One was brand new the other I could have cared less. Anyway, I could have just let by gons be by gons but I aint going out like that! I bought a car alarm and the most powerful paint ball gun I could find. Sure enough, two months later these jerks are back in the parking lot scoping out other vehicles at 4 in the morning. Well, I opened my apartment window and let hell break loose!! Scary thing is, when I called the police to let them know to be on the look out for flourescent green criminals, they told me if they wanted to they could press charges on me cause I assaulted them with a weapon. Luckily the cowards knew better. Bet they won't be back either. Or they might want to do something to my ride again. Either way I'll be waiting. The way I see it. Protect what you got, cause it's all you got!

Well, this isn't really a case of vandalism, but it's close enough. I was at the mall one day, about a year ago. As I was exiting the mall, I spot my car, a '91 Geo Tracker 2-dr. (nothing glamorous by any means, but a nice ride for a bachelor college student) Anyways, as I walk closer, I realize that there is a guy leaning against my driver's side door, talking to some chick. I walk up casually, with my keys in my hand and say, "Excuse me, I need to unlock my door." The piss ant then says to me, "F!ck off, this is my car." He then proceeds to look at the girl to which he was speaking and chuckles. She seemed amused. I politely ask him to move again. This time, he decides to grab me by the collar of my shirt and man handle me around. Not a bright move, for...not blowing my own whistle, but...I am a black belt in karate. I also stand about 6'2'' and weigh about 220lbs. Anyways, back to the story. I stab his adam's apple with the fingers of my left hand to force him to release his grip of me, then with my right hand, I punch him right in the mouth. This was not smart on my part, because the guy had a mouth full of braces. Ouch to say the least. After he picked himself up, I was already making my way into my vehicle. His "lady friend" had ran off somewhere. The last thing I remember of the whole incident was watching him chase me about 10 steps through my rear view mirror. I never saw the guy again.
This had nothing to do with what you think, if you even think at all.

Keithy#450: That's pretty good, man. Do watch out for lawsuits though.

My house was vandalized too. They stole my PS2, PS2 games(including GT3), GCN + GCN games, backpack, N64 games, monoply money, digital camera, and a slice of cheese. Now I have to go to my friend's house to play GT3. I got back my GCN, but my dad didn't let me get a PS2, I had to get an XBox instead. Oh yeah, I live in the san francisco bay area. This happened a few months ago. That's why I haven't contributed in a while

Now I would be pissed off too if my car was vandalized.

Go to the DMV get the plates for all Civics within the state, I would keep going cuz windowsain't cheap you know, and if you find their "Hideout" and you think it's the car, Wait a day and see if it really is.

Now here is what YOU will do, slash the tires and break a window. DO it QUICKLY and makesure your not driving your car. Use a neighbor's car, which you hate for some odd reason, or go get a quick rental so they don't recognize you.

If you think I am joking well why don't you trash my car and see what happens, c'mon I dare you!

PAYBACKS A BITCH AIN'T IT!

As for the cops, go to the station or a Unit and Spray paint "PIGZ" all over them.

I forgot to mention the cost to replace two windows (rear windshield and scratched left rear door) would've been around $1100 without insurance. This car is costing me a lot in insurance to start with. I may have to go with something cheaper, considering the insurance companies list my zip code at the highest rates in my city.

As a niave Englishman I'm surprised anyone in the states ever wants to annoy anyone else with the availability of guns over there, but I sympathise with Kerr.

Nice site, very easy to potter around and the colours are very easy on the eye. Understated and refined - Good job!

Heh, I'm definitely not part of the gun carrying crowd here in the U.S. The car looks kind of stupid right now because I now have the windows replaced but I haven't yet had them tinted.

Thanks for the compliments on the site! I hope you find it helpful.

Just like keithy#450, I read your thing I just had to sign up. What kinda car do you drive??
I hate ricers, add a muffler and it goes faster!! dont forget stickers saying 'TRD Development' or whatever, they should give you and extra 20hp ya know!! yeah right. I just wanna burn a ricer off at an intersection in my 427 Cobra (when I get one, maybe 15 years time) YEAH!! Woo!! Hows that for power and sound!!

Its not really a car but: I just walked into our garage about 2 hrs ago and couldnt find my bike. I told my dad and we looked around the yard and couldnt find it.

The cheeky buggers,

Walked right down our driveway right into our garage and nicked my bike!!
I was soooo annoyed. BUT thank god it was an old as bike.

Were not gonna tell the cops (it was old, and we might only JUST scrape some money outta the insurance), but Im glad the cops here in NZ arent as lazy as in the USA.

Gishy_da_Fishy: I drive a Nissan Maxima, so the ricers are always wanting to race. I can't even count how many races I've been in with them and only one ever beat me. Even then he had smoke POURING out of his exhaust, so obviously had some problems after modding his car. I respect the guys who have a car that looks stock that hauls ass. I don't understand guys who stick a bunch of decals, ground effects and a spoiler on their car just to make it look fast. You invite more people to race you than the other way around and inevitably get your ass beat all over the place.

Revenge
A few thoughts on VENGEANCE!!
I read an article years ago in Car & Driver in which the editor had just taken out of storage (after 3 years) a car which most would consider sacred. After thirty minutes in the parking lot it had a ding oon the door.
So, here are some ideas I got from him:

Involuntary Coolant Flush: 1) Get a sish-ka-bob spike and slowly drive it into the grill and through the radiator. 2) Slowly remove said spike 3) Hear with immense joy the sinister splashing of anti-freeze on concrete.

Tittie Twister: 1) Take some thick wire cutters and locate the base of the nipple in the tire. 2) Apply pressure and remove the entire air inlet.

Lock Pick: 1) Get some toothpicks. 2) Insert in door lock as far as they will go. 3) Break off at a flush depth so as to hide them from owner. 3) Wait until owner pushes key into doorlock, further jamming said toothpick farther into doorlock. 4) Laugh your ass off as he pays a guy to tow away a perfectly operational machine.

I'll let you know if I think of anything else.

Friggin ricers...
Around here its reallyyyyy bad. Not only do I live close enough to Sturgis to see bikes all the time (which I dont really mind, just the really weak bikes annoy me), but now after that movie, all these little kids driving around with these little junkers. This is only a town of 20K people and I have seen over 15 different little ricers decked out. One of them has a spoiler so big Im surprised the back shocks dont cave in. Another has decals up by the front tire. Now how cheesy is that? I guarantee this kid aint got SPONSPORS, he sure as hell aint a racer. And these gaudy neon effects. They aint that bad, but once again these kids just dont know how to use them properly. And those coffee can exhausts. Whats the point? All these punks use stock engines and think there cars are badass... and then I watched a dude in a REAL decked out car (some older muscle car, real nice too) smoke em all. The point of all my bitching? Trendy little kids with too much parental money need to get shot by a large caliber weapon, right in the forehead.
