This is my first setup ever so excuse me if it's a messy setup. I spent about 1.5 - 2 hours on testing and I believe this is a stable drifting setup for just about any track.

The setup allows for over-steer but also allows for an adequate counter-steer. The steering may feel a bit 'streamlined' at times but it can usually be set into a drift with relative skill.
