Post your setup requests here
I've seen this asked a few times in various areas, and both the racers and tuners seem to be in favor of a dedicated area for setup requests. In lieu of a more organized approach, feel free to post your setup requests to this thread. I have an idea for setup requests that ties in with the car lists, but I don't know how easily I can make it happen.

Now this is sweet, and I would love to know what you have up your proverbial sleeve. I think it might help if (when posting a request) the member asking specifies what type of controller they use. Asking for a particular tuner to do the work should be considered a breach of etiquette.

One of the things that helps make GTVault so great is the ability of members to pick and choose the setups by tuner. The voting ability should be plenty of feedback for anyone posting setups, and if we start to get into that whole "well I only want a setup done by so-and-so" thing than I strongly feel it will rob from the spirit of the site.

Well, I posted this on the last thingermajig..but, I guess I'll re-ask. I need a good road setup for a 2002 Nissan Skyline GT-R M-spec Nur. Crybaby I suck at tuning...
This had nothing to do with what you think, if you even think at all.

Hey, congratulations on the site, it's awesome. Anyway.

I'm after a drift setup for the Shuichi Shigeno Trueno for Tsukuba-wet. I use a controller (sticks, not buttons). Thanks to anyone who tries.

Rock on Kerr! This makes the site perfect.

Asking for a basic road setup for the Corvette C5R. I use DS2, and I already like the handling of the car. Just wondering if I can get alittle more out of it.

Hi,
Love the new look!
I have recently gone back to GT3. I am trying to complete it by winning every championship outright. Golds in all races. I am stuck at the moment on the Tourist trophy Amateur league. It's the Audi series.

Seattle Circuit
Special Stage R5
Trial Mountain
Rome Circuit
Deep Forest Raceway II

I am on the last race but just cannot seem to win it. The computer cars seem to have a ridiculous performance advantage. They just power away from me in the straights.I won the other races in the championship quite easily.
My TT has all the tune options possible. I have tried the setups al ready on the site.
Does anyone have a set up that could help me win the race?
Thank's

Which camera view do you prefer when racing, I tend to go for the bonnet mounted and what controller is generally better dual shock/steering wheel.I'm just trying to see if one is better than the other or is it a personal thing

I like the in dash view for the camera, though it gets weird not seeing my front bumper sometimes. As for the controller I think the wheel has it hands down. The ability to precisely control steering input in increments of one degree at a time, or throttle and brake control in simultaneous amounts or steep-by-steep increases is invaluable. Thanks to the wheel I can hold the rpm’s at any amount I choose. Not to mention that it is nice not having an aching thumb after hours of racing.

Hey Bro,.... You don't win it. Keep an eye out in the Used Car II as you play on. Scroll down towards the last third of the cars. I dont know what days it shows up on for sale, but its few and far between. Usually has upwards of 30,000 to 50,000 miles on it for about 30,000 credits. Good luck,....... great car, esspecially when refreshed!

Thanks man. Yeah, in GT3 theShuichi Shigeno Trueno was a great car. So good that I wanted to get it in GT4. Strangely, it was won in GT3. Oh well, I better keep an eye out for it.
