It was a request from a friend of mine - plus there weren't any in the database.

I haven't spent a lot of time doing 1/4 mile runs. My guess is that the 8 second barrier will be hard to break without a hybrid. Has anyone done it?

8 seconds

9.18 without nos is still quite fast, but i cant help but feel it sucks for a 1700 hp turbo 4wd car.... i expected more i guess... GT4 better include nos and rotary engines....

NOS
I think NOS may be overlooked unless there is a strong focus on drag racing in GT4. If you've played GT2, the Escudo was a much better handling car in that game. I tried the Escudo once in GT3 and never touched it again.

Setup?
masTers, what is your setup on the Escudo? Make sure you have the camber and toe set to 0. Then just play around with the suspension and stuff. If your not using manual transmission I suggest you do.

SledgehammerVette - I'm just curious, do you have any sub 9 second runs at the 1000m?
