GT4 Prologue link
GT2000 posted a link to some GT4 prologue information awhile back and had asked me to make it a link. Here it is:

GT4 Prologue

New link from GT2000: Gamesradar

Sorry, GT2000, for the long delay.

Just like GT3
GT4, after Gamesradar saying that it could be out in the UK shops by April they have now spoken to Sony and the release date for the full version of GT4 is now expected to hit shelves in the autumn.

So like GT3 it looks like we are going to have to wait a little longer until we can play GT4.
(I think Sony will push the release date of GT4 all the way back to Christmas 2004)

Some good news.
GT4 Prologue is due for release at the end of May

The release date push doesn't surprise me in the least.

I share your thoughts on Christmas 2004 -- The sheer number of vehicles and tracks is overwhelming.

I need more detailed information -- were there any error messages? What were all of the entries you tried to put in on the form?

error message
Error resolving parameter ACCELFRONT

ColdFusion was unable to determine the value of the parameter. This problem is very likely due to the fact that either:

You have misspelled the parameter name, or
You have not specified a QUERY attribute for a CFOUTPUT, CFMAIL, or CFTABLE tag.

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFIF), occupying document position (139:2) to (139:38) in the template file D:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\GTVAULT\GTVAULT.COM\WWWROOT\SETUPFORM.CFM.

Please control. Thanks
marco

For those of you that may not know “Road & Track” has started a new magazine called “Road & Track Speed”. It “was created for the twenty-, thirty- and forty-something car enthusiast... who enjoys fast cars, but also has a life and responsibilities” (p6). In it they review cars that we can pick up at a dealer that are reasonably priced and have already gotten tweaked by the manufacturer for extra hoarse power and that sports car feel.

As an added incentive they are the first serious car review magazine that takes into account the fact that many of us are playing GT3 and getting ready for GT4. I have not finished this months copy but so far they have mentioned that the Power House Amuse Honda S2K will be in GT4, still not enough to make you pick up a copy? How about a review of the “Virtual GT4 Honda HSC”? I thought so. Not that I am trying to promote the sale of this magazine, hell I am not even affiliated with it in any way. However as a member of this community Kerr has created I thought that I would share the info with the rest of you guys that think it is worth dropping a five spot to get some inside info, and if nothing else for the fact that these are all cars we can afford without having to ask our wife and kids to starve every other month so we can make the car payments.

I'll have to check it out -- Frankly, I've never been a big fan of the original Road & Track magazine. I've read a few copies here and there, but have been fan and subscriber to Automobile magazine since 1987. I've always found it a great mag for the driving enthusiast, though they definitely have a penchant for German marques over those from other countries.

I want to tip my hat to the C5R, it won the 24 hours of La Mans this year (in the GTS class) placing ahead of the Ferrari 550, a car that I would like to see in GT4. Speaking of GT4 did anyone notice that two large signs advertising the game were over the track?
