I don't know if I should let you have it and rip into you or just let it slide since you're just a kid....
Facts:
-The Cien is only a rare car if you can't win the Unbria Easy Rally. And it's non-existent on the street because it is a CONCEPT CAR! (if you think you've seen one, you more than likely saw an XLR, not a Cien)
-A car's speed is not what determine's its legality for the street. I know people who have faster legal cars (there's a few twin turbo vipers in the area, and they are trapping 150mph in the quarter, only hitting 4th gear on a six speed transmission, and we all know how long 5th and 6th gears are on Vipers. estimated, but not tested, top speed on the TTV's are roughly 260/270mph.)

-you need to work on your grammar
-"souped up" should only be used ONCE per conversation, and you used it twice in one sentence.
-mess around with the other suspension settings. ride height and spring stiffness are only 2 tiny pieces of changine how a car handles...moreso on a MR car. Check out the Tuning guide on this site. it will work wonders! (even with other games too!)
If I came off as being mean, I'm sorry. I just think that if someone doesn't teach a kid the right stuff, he'll keep on thinking his wrong stuff is right. No offense or harm intended.
