Tuned for Driving Force Pro at Laguna Seca on R3 tires.
Ran 1' 09.879, 7/29/05
after a slight retune to dial out some understeer,........
Ran 1' 08.662, 3/17/07
Tranny Trick for closer ratios.
I happen to have the all Black "stealth" version I picked up in the used car section.
This car kicks butt,...... is easy on the tires,....... although slides nice when you need the nose to come around. Smooth on and off the gas and toeing the brake pedal gets the most out of this car,...... point and shoot works too,.... but being nice to it is what gets the lap times down.
Considering this car for the 1000km Endurnace Event at Fuji Speedway '90s.
Slight suspension retune to dial out some understeer.
Reduced downforce to 58/83
Final Ratio: 3.000
Ran 1' 08.815 with 951 Hp, 3/17/07

Black Race Cars
Every 700 days you'll have the opportunity to buy black, used, versions of race cars. They include the Mazda 787B, the Nissan R92CP, the Toyota TS020 GT-One, and one other, I can't remember, Four in total. Look for these cars in the 'Used Car Showroom I" between days 693 and 700, 1393 and 1400, etc. for the opportunity to buy them. They are all black with out any insignia on them,...... and you'll find them at the bottom of the showroom list. They cost from 1.5 million credits to 2.5 million credits to buy them, and will require a rejuvination to make them as fast as the new ones awarded to you for winning races. I have the Mazda and the Nissan,. and am awaiting the next opportunity to buy the other two with 5 million credits earned and set aside for them.

Normal R92CP
You have to earn it by winning the Fuji 1000km in the Endurance Hall. Also, remember that the black ones are available starting on day 1394, thru 1400.

Very smooth well balanced and turns in and out of apex nice with throttle control. I use a ds2 and don't see much difference in changing from wheel to controller(I have a df). I raised brakes to 7/6 and lowered tcs to 3. Where is your final set?

Final Set
I added the final set that I missed. 3.500 for Laguna Seca. I have an entire list for the other track I've driven with this car as well as my other cars. Happy to hear your pleased with the setup. I keep my brakes light as the DFP has great progressive action with the brake pedal. A very light toe can scrub tons of speed for corner entry with little to no tire squeal or lockup. Have fun driving, Brian

I will give this setup a try when I win the car. I have the older 1989 version of this race car which I won by doing and completing all the driving mission (last one is hard) It's currently wining me the Professional Events, GT World Championship.
think this setup will work for the 1982 version? GT Force wheel user here

GT2000, I'm not sure on the setup but I'll give it a whirl when I earn the 1989 version.

Hey Schmuck,......... I have never used ASM in any of my setups. I agree with you there as far as the handling of the cars should be left up to the setup and the right foot. I use TCS for tire conservation only. If you got past your drift frenzy and got on with the game you would find that in high hp cars in Endurance Events tend to chew up rear tires. In order to extend your runs between pit stops moderate use of TCS is the deal.

toontowndrifter13 - Any more of this crap and you're gone. Attitudes like yours aren't welcome here, especially from a very new tuner like yourself. If you're so knowledgeable why don't you tone down the asshole in you and take on a more helpful, conversational tone.
