This time includes a VERY brutal spin that took at least 15-20 seconds to recover from. Will update when I manage to lay down a solid/clean run. Tops out at around 285 on the 'straight' coming right after you come out of Galgenkopf, through to Dottinger Hohe..... Neue Einfahrt-Antoniusbuche-Antoniusbrucke-Tiergarten and ending at Hoenrain Schikane/T13 Alte Einfahrt. You cannot tune Camber on this car unfortunately.

Revised from 8'23*** to 8'07^271 Still had a large spin at Galgenkopf that killed this run from being clean. Very difficult car to recover from after a spin, it does not like low speed (i.e. under 50 km/h) manouvers. Gears need to be widened a bit to obtain maximum speed on the 'straight' you will find with these gears, you'll be 'kicked' down if you stay full throttle down the straight, will be revising 5th to obtain a better speed through that section. Should be able to drop another 10-15 seconds from this time still. Will continue to post reviisions.

Revised 8'07^271 to 7'58^214 Tops out at 305 on the straight now, still could squeeze more speed out, but I'm happy with the speeds I can carry through the twisty bits with this gear setup.

This is a fast car, but it eats tires. Anyone else have that problem or is it just me? Frown

You're probably not alone, it does use tires quickly if you're not really smooth with your braking/accel. My suggestion, if its TOO hard for you, notch up TCS 1 or 2 levels and see how that is. Its a shame we cannot use this car for more in the game, I'm really hoping we'll have a 'special' cup in GT5 where we can use cars like the auto union, or the Caterham 7 etc.

305mph? Correct? If so then this is truly one of the faster cars in the game.

You do know you could just do the Grand Valley Endurance race and pick yourself up the car for free, plus a nice 400,000 dollar purse?

I'm aware. But I had over 4,000,000 bucks and I wanted the car anyway. It's not about the money, I was excited about that top speed.

I'll try the setup later and get back to ya
