842bhp before oil change.
Note the brake balance value 4/3. Found this the best for handling. Anything higher would understeer the car too much.

Did a few test laps around Laguna Seca at 1:14:589.
Tested on various other tracks as well, and this is a nice all round setup.

Wow, you lowered the spring rate AND the ride height? Wouldn't that make it bottom out easily? Paranoid I can feel more weight transfer with this setup, but my Tsukuba lap times stayed the same with medium racing tires and the overall handling of the car feels the same. With super soft tires I shaved off about 0.2s compared to the default setup, could it be the tires' limitation or maybe it's bottoming out?

Somehow, I feel like this car is still understeering more than it should - maybe the engine in front is just too heavy? Crybaby

Nope, the spring rates are sufficient for the weight of this car. I have calculated it.

You would never drive the same around a track twice. Using lap times to determine if a setup is good or not is not very accurate, especially if the two setups are close.

Hey Fumes. How do you calculate springrates to the weight of the car? Is it in your guide and I missed it?

Nevermind, I found it. Duh. A Little Slow

Please note that the weight to spring rates in the guide is very rough, and is only a guide.

This is how a car should feel IMO, it follows the line you choose yet it still feels kind of loose.

My compliments and a vote to you Fumes.

Great setup. Thumbs Up

I'm assuming this will work on the Xanavi Hiroto GT-R also?

dub_c,

It might but keep in mind that the Hiroto uses a different engine (RB26DETT) and not the VQ30DETT (same engine as the Pitwork Z), so the way the power gets generated may influence the handling of the car. It could also be that the engines differ in weight and so change handling.

Thumbs Up
With this set up, I ran a 1'17.454 @ Laguna Seca. May not be much to some, but I have never come close to that with any other car or set up!
