At a cost of 128K Cr for 530hp it is not a very cost effective deal regardless of how you look at it; from hp or from bang for the buck. In real life you would be getting the opulence of M-B, but here you are just getting the logo in replays. For a convertible it is surprisingly firm although it definitely floats. The addition of the increased stiffness is welcome but does not eliminate the float totally. Occasionally you may notice that the back wants to step out from you; however this is easily brought back under control by applying a little throttle. Overall I would have to say that this is a golden car and till others try it out it will remain a hidden gem of not just the M-B lineup but of the game.

Quarter Mile: 12.015 seconds @ 126mph
Top Speed on back stretch of the Ring (not the down hill portion):181mph
Overall impression: Hidden gem in the game, but too costly in “bang for the buck” category.
Port Polish and Engine balance done; setup for the DFP.

Thanks for the vote! I set it up on S2’s since they come with the car at purchase time. It should slide up to S3’s without any changes but if you try out any R class tires let me know how she handles. Besides the handling on S2’s was sweet enough that I didn’t feel the need to go up in tire grade to compensate for performance!

Nod Excellent improvement on original and its nice to see one of the lower end SLs getting tuned. Its not all about big bhp (i.e AMG SL65)
Less haste, more speed!
