Nitrous is optional. I find this car to perform nicely without it, though. Added enough oversteer to make this car a serious competitor. It may still have a little understeer, but it still drives great. Definitely my fav 4WD. Opinions and suggestions are more than welcome.

how much is the balast weight, and how much power is it outputting?

Sorry about that. It was late and I was tired when I posted this setup. Ballast is 5 and it is pushing 855 HP.
