Only used at the Test Track and 253mph is what I managed but damn its hard to control on the high speed bend. Try keeping it at about 186mph in the turn while running low to mid track and nailing the gas just as you're about to get onto the straight.

Repeat that this is extremely hard to control in the bend so expect some major spinning until you get it right.
