Good settup but you can get this car to 242MPH, if you are also having trouble with non responsive steering put the Toe to 4 and the car will handle much better and you will have slight speed lose. Good luck!
If you want to battle over steer you need to lower the car all the way, this car is from 1964 so the rear isnt independant suspension and it will tend to sway back and forth, the only problem with this is that you need to raise the spring rate and that means you will start to fly in the air on small bumps and jumps on the track, so put the ride hieght to about 80F, 82R.
With that said put the rear Toe to at least 1-2 without any negative feelings of the car, the rest is up to your driving skill.
