Dude, I swear last night I was looking at the same car going WTF... There is no way GM would do that kind of a deal with Toyota. I just don't see it. Then again you never know. Maybe they got something out of the deal.

Simply put, Toyota shared all the bits of the Matrix to give Pontiac the Vibe. The RHD version of the Vibe was sold by Toyota in Japan as the Voltz, while they never made an RHD version of the Matrix. The Matrix is built in Canada, while the Vibe/Voltz were built by NUMMI in California.
