This is my take on a classic Corvette racer that would have competed at the Targa Florio, Carrera Panamericana, Mille Miglia, etc. circa 1954. Was looking at another potential vintage racer in my garage since my 300SL has like 6,000 miles on the clock.

Unfortunately the first thing that has to go is the dreaded 2-speed automatic transmission that, along with the high price, contributed to the poor sales when the 'Vette appeared in 53. Puchase some plain black steel rims when you see them come up in the rotation and you've got a winner. Around 1100kg make this a fun car to toss around. Tuned for DFP. Comments welcome.
