Set this up for the 24 Hour race at 'The Nur' with B-Spec Bob driving for consistentcy in the setups. Ran it 3 different times over the last two days to make sure of the setup, before the final setup, here is what I did:

Could not get 'Tranny Trick" to give me good times on this track with this car, I have no clue why not, but it just would not give me anything better then a 7'20+ time no matter how I set it.
So to find the best Auto-Gear for this track, I tested Auto-Setting's 23 - 8 with 4 complete laps each, with Bob driving, nothing changed but the Auto-setting, and set on 3 each time, for consistent driving styles.

Auto-Setting / Best Lap
23 / ...6'56.989
22 / ...6'56.340
21 / ...6'57.654
20 / ...6'59.520
19 /... 6'58.952
18 /... 6'58.570
17 /... 6'58.502
16 /... 6'58.655
15 /... 6'58.276
14 /... 6'57.839
13 / ...6'57.187
12 / ...6'56.482
***11 / ...6'55.834***

After testing I did an Oil change and a carwash, My horsepower was now at 741.

Now the purpose of this was to come up with both a setting that good ole B-Spec Bob can drive well and fast, and one that is also managible when you take over on A-Spec too. As few people will actually drive the whole 24 hours of this long race.

I picked the Audi because it is cost effective for new players starting out, and after they complete only 25% of the game, they can B-Spec this one for the $1,200,000 purse, and win one of the games best cars.

My Audi was not new, so horsepower is off compared to new:

Mileage .........../ ....... Horsepower
Starting: 6,637.2 / .... Starting: 741
Ending: 9,205.2 / .... Ending: 701
Raced: 2,568 / After post race Oil Change 736 (Loss of 5 Hp)

I have let B-Spec Bob drive this race several times, so my B-Spec stats did not change during the race:

Begining stats: 8,203 - 90 - 83 - 79
Ending stats..: 8,203 - 90 - 83 - 79

Competition this race: ................... / Best Lap: / ... Laps down:

Audi A4 Touring Car '04 ................/ 7'20.727 / ... 6
Alfa Romeo 155 2.5VG Ti'93 ........... / 7'21.113 / ... 7
Opel Calibra Touring Car '94 .. ........./ 7'26.719 / ... 9
Nissan C-West Razo Silvia (JGCT) '01 / 7'53.551 / ... 19
Spoon S2000 Race Car '00 ............/ 8'25.018 / ... 29

I always start out with Bob set on 4 and overtake turned on. I leave him on 4 until the first pit stop, then I lower Him to 3 with overtake on. Between laps 80-100 He will usually put the closest car 3 laps down, when He does, at the next pit stop, I lower His setting to 2 with overtake on, and leave it there for the duration of the race.

This is not a competition setup, it is an easy setup to beat 'The 24 Nur" with. I hope that it helps a new person out, and that others can play with the settings and enjoy them, as much as I do.

Disclaimer time: Not everyone's Bob drives the same, so you might have to make adjustments for your B-Spec driver skills, and not everyone drives the same, or with the same controller, I use just a normal hand controller myself, so once again, some adjustments will have to be made for the type of controller / wheel that you use.

All I was after was a good easy setup to consistantly win "The 24 Nur" with my B-Spec driver. After all, who wants to race for 24 hours and lose the race. LOL.

*Adjusted ride height, front and rear springs and shocks to give it a smoother ride over all the bumps at the 'Nur', it is a little more stable now, but still loads of fun to drive, and Bob does just as well with it.*

Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated, as this is my first set-up that I have posted:
